Look at this photo! Compare it to the photos here and here. We are so amazed at how well our garden plants are doing. The squash and sunflowers are desert adapted (from Native Seeds/SEARCH) and are really thriving. AWESOME.

ReplyDeleteI have about 5 different kinds of sunflowers, some small, some tall, some with big heads and some with little heads. I might cut some to bring inside and leave some to form seeds. Probably will offer the seeds to my chickens, but if they don't want them will put them out for the wild birds. I just like sunflowers - they make me smile.
