Beauty & Inspiration in the Heart of the Midwest

There is such incredible beauty here in Ohio in the middle of the Temperate Deciduous Forest (our biome) and we are totally and completely marveling at this diversity second only to the Rain Forest. Here's a bit of Ohio's spring magic all homegrown right here in this fertile land ...

    Agree completely! Lovely bits of spring...are the snakes in your wetland?

      The northern watersnakes were in a stream restoration in central Ohio. I would love to have some in our wetland, but I haven't seen any yet. I bet our frogs wouldn't be too excited about them! :)
