Combine:
1 Cup cooked grain of your choice
1.5 Cup diced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 T sweetener (we used sorghum)
about 1/4 C water
Bring to a boil then simmer until water is absorbed.
Serve hot (you can actually see the steam in the pic below!) and don't burn your tongue!
Then eat some apple scones with your coffee :)
