Birthdays & Bundt Cake

Today is Steve's birthday and we are hiking this afternoon to celebrate. YAY! Of course we need a cake for the celebration so I made him a Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Bundt Cake. (The boy just loves peanut butter!) The recipe is a very simple recipe from Bundt Cake Bliss by Susanna Short - a great friend of ours. This cook book is so fun to read with each cake introduced by its own story and little quips of Susanna's humor along the way. If you've not seen this cook book we recommend purchasing a copy and making some yummy cakes!
